Return and exchange policy
1. For ready to wear pant – we offer no question ask return within 10 days of delivery. Your refund will be initiated once the product will be received in our warehouse. Refund will be based on following criteria:
# Product will be unused
# Product will be in original condition
# Product will be intact in all original tags if any
NOTE: we will confirm your refund once the product will fulfill above mentioned criteria.
Your refund will be initiated in 3 working days after receiving the garment in our warehouse.
2. For customized pant – we offer only alterations of customized pant and no return and exchange as pant is customized in your size. Free return pick up will be initiated after receiving an email from your end ranand861.ra@gmail.com (simply right alterations detail in email and subject of email will be ALTERATIONS).
